1、測量放線

(1)、在(zai)打(da)樁施工區域(yu)附近設(she)(she)置(zhi)控(kong)制樁與水準點不(bu)少于2個,其位置(zhi)以不(bu)受打(da)樁影響為(wei)原則(距離操(cao)作地點40m以外(wai))。軸線控(kong)制樁應設(she)(she)置(zhi)在(zai)距外(wai)墻樁5~10m處,以控(kong)制樁基軸線和標高。

(2)、樁基(ji)的軸線和(he)標高(gao)均(jun)已測量完畢,經過檢(jian)查(cha)復核(he)并應辦(ban)理預檢(jian)手續,歸(gui)檔備查(cha)。 樁位放線

 2、測放樁位 根據控制點設定建筑(zhu)物軸(zhou)線及角(jiao)樁,按(an)樁位布置圖測(ce)(ce)放(fang)(fang)樁(zhuang)位(wei),并在(zai)(zai)樁(zhuang)位(wei)中心用(yong)鋼筋或竹簽作好標(biao)記,樁(zhuang)位(wei)測(ce)(ce)放(fang)(fang)后(hou)應(ying)經(jing)監理單位(wei)復核后(hou)方能(neng)施(shi)工。為防止樁(zhuang)機就位(wei)時樁(zhuang)機自重擠壓土體使已測(ce)(ce)放(fang)(fang)樁(zhuang)位(wei)移位(wei),在(zai)(zai)樁(zhuang)機就位(wei)后(hou)正(zheng)(zheng)式壓樁(zhuang)前應(ying)復核正(zheng)(zheng)確,樁(zhuang)定位(wei)偏差控(kong)(kong)制在(zai)(zai)20mm以(yi)內。 1臺(tai)水準(zhun)儀(yi)控(kong)(kong)制管樁(zhuang)樁(zhuang)頂標(biao)高 2臺(tai)正(zheng)(zheng)交經(jing)緯(wei)儀(yi)控(kong)(kong)制管樁(zhuang)垂直度
