1）樁(zhuang)的(de)(de)單位面積承載力(li)(li)較高(gao)， 由于(yu)其屬擠(ji)土(tu)樁(zhuang)，樁(zhuang)打人后(hou)其周圍(wei)的(de)(de)土(tu)層被(bei)擠(ji)密，從而提高(gao)地基承載力(li)(li)；    

2）樁身(shen)質量易(yi)于保證和檢查；適用于水下施(shi)工；樁身(shen)砼的密(mi)度(du)大，抗(kang)腐(fu)蝕性能強；施(shi)工工效高；因其打入樁的施(shi)工工序(xu)較灌(guan)注樁簡單，工效也(ye)高；  ;  

3）預制(zhi)樁(zhuang)單價(jia)較(jiao)灌(guan)注樁(zhuang)高。預制(zhi)樁(zhuang)的(de)配(pei)筋是根據搬運、吊裝和壓人樁(zhuang)時的(de)應力設(she)計的(de)，遠超過正(zheng)常(chang)工作(zuo)荷載的(de)要求，用鋼量大，接樁(zhuang)時，還需(xu)增(zeng)加相(xiang)關費用；    

4）錘擊(ji)和(he)振動(dong)法下沉的預制(zhi)樁施(shi)工時，震動(dong)噪音大，影響周圍環境，不宜(yi)在(zai)城市建筑(zhu)物密集的地區(qu)使用(yong)，一般需(xu)改為靜壓樁機進行施(shi)工；    

5）預制方樁是擠土樁，施工時(shi)易引起周(zhou)圍地面隆起，有時(shi)還會引起已就位鄰樁上(shang)浮；  

6）受(shou)起吊(diao)設備(bei)能力的(de)限制，單節樁(zhuang)的(de)長度不能過長，一(yi)般為10余(yu)米(mi)，長樁(zhuang)需接樁(zhuang)時，接頭處形成薄弱環節，如(ru)不能確保(bao)全樁(zhuang)長的(de)垂直度，則將降低(di)樁(zhuang)的(de)承載能力，甚至還會在(zai)打(da)樁(zhuang)時出現斷樁(zhuang)；  

7）不易穿(chuan)(chuan)透較(jiao)厚的(de)堅(jian)硬地層，當堅(jian)硬地層下仍存在需穿(chuan)(chuan)過的(de)軟弱(ruo)層時，則需輔以其他施工(gong)措施，如采用預鉆孔（常用的(de)引孔方法）等。

4) hammer and method of vibration sinking precast pile construction, the vibration noise, affecting the surrounding environment, should not be used in city building dense areas, it generally takes change for static pressure pile machine construction;

5) precast piles are crowded piles, which can easily lead to uplift of surrounding ground, sometimes caused by the uplift of piles.;

6) is limited by the ability of lifting equipment, single section pile length should not be too long, generally more than 10 meters, long pile for pile splicing and joints formed weak link, if not to ensure the whole pile verticality, it will reduce the bearing capacity of the pile, even at the time of driving appear broken pile;

7) it is hard to penetrate thick hard strata, and when the hard strata still exist in the weak layer, then need to be supplemented with other construction measures, such as the use of pre drilling (commonly cited hole method), etc..
